Handling Time

Wildkart-fulfilled orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after purchase. Marketplace seller orders may have different processing times, as indicated on the product page.

Order cut-off time: 12 A.M. (AEST - Sydney time)

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping

Delivery Time: 5–10 business days (including handling time)
Availability: All orders within Australia

Express Shipping

Delivery Time: 2–5 business days (including handling time)
Availability: All orders within Australia

Marketplace Seller Shipping

Delivery Time: Varies by seller, typically 3–12 business days, as specified on the product page
Shipping Cost: Varies by seller; costs are displayed at checkout
Availability: Australia-wide, subject to seller’s shipping policy

Shipping Coverage

We ship throughout Australia. International shipping is not currently available. Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address to prevent delivery issues. For marketplace orders, confirm the seller’s shipping regions at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s delivery status in real-time. For marketplace orders, tracking details are provided by the seller through your Account.

Delays & Exceptions

We aim to meet estimated delivery times, but delays may occur due to holidays, courier issues, customs (for marketplace items), or unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters). Wildkart is not liable for delays caused by third parties. Contact us if you experience significant delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

For Wildkart-fulfilled orders, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. For marketplace orders, report issues to the seller via your account, and we’ll assist if needed.
