- Applicable Screws: This 22 PCS damaged screw extractor kit with different sizes of bills fits various soft screws and bolts, such as tiny electronics screw, hexagon socket bolts, square head screws, wood screws, hexagon head screws, mechanical screws, sheet metal screws, lag bolts, hex bolts and so on.
- How to Extract Damaged Screws: To extract a damaged screw, first, choose the drill bit that is smaller than the damaged screw, install the bit on the electric hand drill, and drill down to create a clean hole; Then, change to an extractor (usually the same size as the drill(Dr#) that is suitable for the hole, and screw in counter clockwise rotation and take it out. Note: The Drills (Dr#6 - #10) and Extractors (Ex#6 - #10) need a socket adapter with the extension bit holder to function.
- How to Use with Magnetic Socket Adapter: When use with Dr#6-10 and Ex#6-10, you will need to apply a Magnetic Socket Adapter to the extension Bit Holder for better opertaion. Firstly Pull down the black rubber part of the bit holder to fully and firmly install the Socket Adapter and then release (Pull down again if you need to remove the socket adapter), then choose a right size of drill or extractor to insert into the socket adapter for your needs.
- Portable for Carrying: The stripped screw extractor kit is packaged in a storage tool box with foam pad to ensure that you will not lose one. The compact size allows you to carry with and use it for home, telecommunications, small appliance maintenance work.
- Warm Tips: Please had better install them on the electric hand drill (suitable for basic electric hand drill) instead of hammer drill. When stripping the damaged screw please in low speed to maintain the spiral structure of the extractors. Strong screws may break the drills due to material differences. It is recommended to use other better bits when drilling is difficult, and not recommended to use with high hardness screws.
